It was a comfortable experience. Considering my circumstance, I left feeling neither worried nor dismissed about the diagnosis.
DR. Friedel was aware of my history and took the time needed to review status and options
Dr Friedel always asks the patients opinion and seems so know exactly how to fix the problem
Dr. Friedel was excellent! Kind, knowledgeable and engaging.
I've already shared Dr. Friedel's information with my sister who has already scheduled her appointment! Dr. Friedel was made aware I needed to be at another appointment and made it possible for me to be in, out and on my way without being late! He saw me early in the morning and recommended a procedure and was able to get me back in on the same day, just a few hours later to perform the procedure! He was friendly, kind and compassionate. I felt very confident with his recommendation as he took the time to sit down and explain to me the pros and cons of both getting and not getting the procedure done!
