To ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and providers, Advanced ENT has limited our operational hours and staff due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our offices will now be opened from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, and will now offer telemedicine appointments. Our Medford and Stratford offices will remain closed. All non-emergent patients will be treated through telemedicine or tentatively for May and the months following. ANNOUNCING OUR NEW PATIENT PORTAL
Advanced ENT will have a new patient portal effective February 3, 2020.
If you have an account on our previous portal (click here), you may still access that information. However, Advanced ENT can no longer communicate with you through this portal. Please note that your information on the previous portal will not transfer to the new portal.
If you wish to create an account on our new portal, you will need to contact our staff and provide them with your email address. Our staff will activate your portal account and email you your portal login information along with a link to the portal. The invitation is valid for 72 hours. If you are unable to access the portal within the 72 hour time frame, please visit advancedent.ema.md. Select continue as patient and then click forgot password. Fill in your username (email), date of birth, last name and then click request email. You will be emailed a new invitation to the portal.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE MEDICAL HISTORY I ENTERED INTO THE PREVIOUS PORTAL?
Advanced ENT shared a summary of what occurred during your visit. Your complete medical records and history are safely secured with-in your patient chart in our computer system. You or your doctor can request copies of your medical records should you need them.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your personal data will be secure and is protected under HIPAA.

New and returning patients can also request an appointment with Advanced ENT by logging into our secure patient portal. New patients will need to create an account by contacting our office and providing your email address to our staff. Our staff will then activate your portal account and email you a portal invitation.
