MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AT ADVANCED ENT & ALLERGY JUST GOT EASIER!

Advanced ENT & Allergy does not participate in the following insurances:

United Healthcare/Oxford, United Healthcare Community Plan, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage HMO, Americhoice, UMR, Empire MediBlue, Horizon Medicare Blue Advantage HMO

If your last visit in our office was 3+ years ago, you will need to schedule as a new patient.  

NEW PATIENTS will need to book their appointments on the hour and 1/2 hour (ex:  9:00am, 9:30am).

If your treatment plans requires a hearing test, Advanced ENT & Allergy will do their best to accommodate you at your first visit. However, a second visit may be needed.

If you are scheduling with our allergist, your appointment will consist of a consultation and testing. Expect to be in our office for at least 60 minutes. Please review the medications to stop prior to your appointment.

The insurance fields are required to be completed in order to approve your appointment request. You will also need to upload an image of your insurance card. Please also bring your insurance card, photo id, and referral (if one is required) to your appointment.

Sudden hearing loss could require an emergent appointment. If you are experiencing sudden hearing loss, please call our office to schedule an appointment.

WAYS TO SCHEDULE

  1. New and returning patients can now request their appointments online! PLEASE WAIT FOR APPROVAL BEFORE ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE BOTH A TEXT AND AN EMAIL. Click here to schedule your appointment.
  2. New and returning patients can request an appointment with Advanced ENT & Allergy by logging into our secure patient portal. New patients will need to create an account by contacting our office and providing your email address to our staff. Our staff will then activate your portal account and email you a portal invitation. The portal invite will be available for 72 hours. If you are unable to log into your portal account within the 72 hour time frame, visit our patient portal and select Forgot Password. Fill in your username (you should have received in the initial email), date of birth and last name. Then click request email. You will be sent a new portal invitation.
  3. You can also make an appointment with an Advanced ENT & Allergy provider by calling (856) 602-4000. To make an appointment for hearing aids and hearing loss with Hear MD call (856) 602-4000.
